That?s thanks in part to Rockport?s proprietary truWalk architecture, a revolution in comfort construction. truWalk enables the foot?s full range of motion, from shock absorption at heel strike to forefoot flexibility at push-off. This construction is aided by additional comfort features, such as adidas adiPRENE and adiPRENE+ cushioning on the inside, which protects the heel at impact and provides resilient forefoot cushioning for an energized stride. It also contains Gore-Tex which keeps the foot completely dry with a membrane between the lining and the leather and is also breathable. The full grain leather upper conforms to the foot over time for personalized comfort, and the mesh lining provides breathability and keeps feet dry. The rubber outsole provides a durable grip on a variety of surfaces?wherever you may be.
