If you are a new customer and want to know a little bit more about how much you might pay for our convenient delivery services, you can find out with our guide below. Please note, these are our standard delivery charges - your individual delivery charge will be presented at checkout each time you place an order.

Standard Delivery £2.95 Not in a hurry? Our standard delivery option will be delivered in 3 – 5 working days.

Delivery times are based on the assumption that all items ordered are in stock. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept any liability for out of pocket expenses, costs, losses or any other expenses due to failed or late delivery.

Next Day Delivery £3.95Sun-Fri on orders before 10pm

Order before 10pm and get your items delivered the next day to an address of your choice*

Nominated Delivery £3.95Choose a day to suit your schedule

Want to know when your parcel will arrive? State your desired delivery day and get your items delivered to an address of your choice.*

Supplementary Charges For the bigger items

Sometimes, our larger, more expensive items may incur an extra delivery charge. These items will be clearly marked with the supplementary delivery charge. This supplementary charge is to help us cover the cost of us having to get more handy men to deliver your parcel to you. We try to keep the cost as low as possible.

Returns

Tape the Royal Mail returns label securely on your parcel and return to your nearest Post Office.

By CourierArranged at your convenience

There are 3 ways you can arrange a courier to collect your returns;

  • 1. Arrange a collection via our website – log in and click on ‘my account’ then ‘arrange a return’ and follow the instructions
  • 2. Telephone our Enquiry Line and follow the simple steps.
  • 3. Call the courier directly if their number was left with your parcel

myHermes ParcelShops are open early morning to late at night, 7 days a week. Take your securely sealed parcel complete with returns address clearly displayed and drop off at your nearest myHermes ParcelShop.

Terms & Conditions

We will replace or refund most goods provided they are returned to us within 60 days of receipt complete, unused, in their original packaging and with any security tags intact. This Returns Policy does not apply to some goods or may apply only if certain conditions are met. These goods are identified on the product page and any such conditions are set out there. If you return goods outside the scope of the Returns Policy and you have not exercised your legal right to cancel, we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your cost or to accept their return subject to making a deduction for any loss in value of the goods arising from your handling of them and a charge to cover our processing cost. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
