Jacamo Unlimited gives you unlimited next day, nominated day or click & collect delivery for
£9.95 for 12 months.
If your order includes a product to which supplementary delivery charge applies, you will
still be charged for these. Where supplementary delivery charges apply these are clearly detailed
on the product pages and in your shopping basket prior to placing your order.
This offer is only available to individuals residing in the UK and for delivery to UK
addresses. You must have a registered Jacamo account and be logged in to your account to take
advantage of this offer.
You can purchase this offer on the internet but you cannot purchase it over the telephone.
However, once purchased you can use it when shopping online or over the phone.
By purchasing Jacamo Unlimited you expressly accept that we will start to provide you with the
benefits of Jacamo Unlimited from the date of purchase. You may cancel Jacamo Unlimited at any
time within 14 days from the date of purchase by contacting us on 0345 071 9018. If you
have not placed any orders with us during this period, we will issue you a full refund. However,
if you or anyone authorised by you to use your account has placed an order during this period, we
will issue you a prorated refund.
All orders placed are subject to our standard terms and conditions and standard delivery
timescales.
Your Jacamo Unlimited purchase is subject to acceptance by Jacamo. We reserve the right to
amend the Jacamo Unlimited terms and conditions at our discretion and we will inform you of any
significant changes.
Delivery times are based on the assumption that all items ordered are in stock. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept any liability for out of pocket expenses, costs, losses or any other expenses due to failed or late delivery.
Order before 11pm Sunday – Friday or before 10pm on Saturdays and get your items delivered within 48 hours to an address of your choice*

Sometimes, our larger, more expensive items may incur an extra delivery charge. These items will be clearly marked with the supplementary delivery charge. This supplementary charge is to help us cover the cost of us having to get more handy men to deliver your parcel to you. We try to keep the cost as low as possible.

Our return label no longer includes Post Office returns, but you can still obtain a Post Office label online via the Royal Mail website.
If you don’t have a printer, don’t worry! A QR code will also be sent to your mobile, and the Post Office will scan this code and print the parcel label.

Get your parcel ready to return
We will replace or refund most goods provided they are returned to us within 35 days of receipt complete, unused, in their original packaging and with any security tags intact. This Returns Policy does not apply to some goods or may apply only if certain conditions are met. These goods are identified on the product page and any such conditions are set out there. If you return goods outside the scope of the Returns Policy and you have not exercised your legal right to cancel, we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your cost or to accept their return subject to making a deduction for any loss in value of the goods arising from your handling of them and a charge to cover our processing cost. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
