Who are Jacamo?

I have a Home Essentials account, can I use it on Jacamo?
Yes 100%. Home Essentials and Jacamo are sister brands, so feel free to log in to your Home Essentials account on Jacamo and get shopping! 

Please be aware however, you cannot ‘bag share’ across our brands. This means if you add an item to your bag on Jacamo, then log in on the Home Essentials website, the item will not be in your Home Essentials bag. More details on this can be found in our help centre .

Can I use my Jacamo account on Home Essentials?
Yes, you can. Simply go to the Home Essentials website and log in using your Jacamo credentials. You will then be able to shop and checkout using your Jacamo account.  

This also applies to your Jacamo Pay account. Simply log in to your Jacamo Pay account on Home Essentials and shop, when you get to the checkout you will be able to checkout using your Jacamo Pay account.

What delivery options do you offer at Jacamo? 
Jacamo offers a selection of delivery services ranging from Standard Delivery, Next Day Delivery, Click and Collect as well as our Unlimited Delivery yearlong subscription.

Can I use discount codes across the different sister site?
Unfortunately, promotions and discounts may be specific to one brand. Therefore, if you see a code on the Home Essentials website you cannot use this on Jacamo and vice versa.
