If you are a new customer and want to know a little bit more about how much you might pay for our convenient delivery services, you can find out with our guide below. Please note, these are our standard delivery charges - your individual delivery charge will be presented at checkout each time you place an order.

Jacamo Unlimited gives you unlimited next day, nominated or click & collect delivery. You will still be charged for any Supplementary Delivery Charge which may apply and the charge will be clearly detailed on the product pages and in your shopping basket prior to placing your order. If your order contains multiple large items, you will only pay one large item delivery charge for this purchase.

This offer is only available to individuals residing in the UK and for delivery to UK addresses. You must have a registered Jacamo account and be logged in to your account to take advantage of this offer. For Next Day Delivery, not all items are eligible. For multi-item orders, check all items are eligible at the checkout.

You can purchase this offer on the internet, but you cannot purchase it over the telephone. However, once purchased you can use it when shopping online or over the phone.

By purchasing Jacamo Unlimited you expressly accept that we will start to provide you with the benefits of Jacamo Unlimited from the date of purchase. You may cancel Jacamo Unlimited at any time within 14 days from the date of purchase by contacting us on 0345 071 9018. If you have not placed any orders with us during this period, we will issue you a full refund. However, if you or anyone authorised by you to use your account has placed an order during this period, we will issue you a prorated refund. All orders placed are subject to our standard terms and conditions and standard delivery timescales.

Your Jacamo Unlimited purchase is subject to acceptance by Jacamo. We reserve the right to amend the Jacamo Unlimited terms and conditions at our discretion and we will inform you of any significant changes.

Order by 11pm Sunday to Friday for Next Day Delivery on eligible items. Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered by Monday (Subject to product eligibility and availability).

If this option is available to you we'll let you know during checkout. Delivery times are based on the assumption that the items are in stock. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept any liability for out-of-pocket expenses, costs, losses or any other expenses due to failed delivery. This option is only available if you live in an area covered by our courier. The order cut-off time is calculated for you when you enter the checkout.

Choose a Delivery date that suits you (including Saturdays), up to 8 days in advance.

Delivery days available are Monday – Saturday (Excluding Public Holidays). Delivery times are based on the assumption that all items ordered are in stock. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept any liability for out of pocket expenses, costs, losses or any other expenses due to failed or late delivery. These options are only available if you live in an area covered by our courier.

Click and Collect FREE for all orders on eligible products over £40. Any orders under £40 will be charged £4.99. Subject to status and excludes certain products such as large items.

Have your parcel delivered with Click & Collect to a local Evri ParcelShop near you, with over 6,000 to choose from. The Evri ParcelShop network includes local convenience stores like Tesco, The Co-Op, Nisa and many more! They typically have longer opening hours of 7am to 10pm, 7 days per week, and with free parking nearby.

You'll be notified of your parcel's arrival by text message and email. Please bring some photographic ID (such as a driving license or passport) when you call to collect your parcel and enjoy an easy and convenient service that's safe and secure at no extra cost!

Order by 11pm Sunday to Friday for delivery next day. Orders on Saturday will be delivered to a local Evri parcel shop on Monday, excluding Bank Holidays. Have your parcel delivered with Click & Collect to a local Evri ParcelShop near you, with over 5,600 to choose from. The Evri ParcelShop network includes local convenience stores like Tesco, The Co-Op, Nisa and many more! They typically have longer opening hours of 7am to 10pm, 7 days per week, and with free parking nearby. You’ll be notified of your parcel’s arrival by text message and email. Extended Christmas Returns until the 10th January

Christmas shopping sorted. We’ve extended our returns window to make things easier.

Orders placed between 31st October and 23rd December 2025 can be returned from 25th December through to 10th January 2026 under our Christmas returns policy.

Our standard 28 day returns policy still applies to all orders before Christmas Day.

If your item was bought as a Christmas gift, you’ll be able to return it once the festive period begins, no need to worry if your usual 28 days have passed. Eligible orders will automatically show a valid returns option in your account from Christmas Day onwards, right through to 10th January.

Gift with confidence knowing there’s plenty of time to return if needed.
