JACAMO DISCOUNT CODES

1. JD Williams & Company Limited trading as Jacamo, registered office: Griffin House, 40 Lever Street, Manchester, M60 6ES (“Promoter”) is holding a prize draw on 9 June 2026 (“Prize Draw”). 

2. Entering the Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Terms").

3. The Prize Draw is open to all existing and new Jacamo account holders, who are UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw.

4. To enter the Prize Draw, you must:

   A. have a Jacamo account; and

   B. place an order using your Jacamo account on the Jacamo website (www.jacamo.co.uk) or mobile app of at least £100.00 on clothing, footwear, home or technology (excluding vouchers and delivery charges) between 0:01 on 3 June 2026 and 23:59 on 5 June 2026.

5. For the avoidance of doubt, completion of paragraph 4. a) but not paragraph 4. b), or vice versa, shall not constitute a Qualifying Purchase and therefore an entrant shall not be entered into the Prize Draw.

6. Each Qualifying Purchase will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw as a separate entry. Multiple entries are permitted but a participant can only be a Winner once.

7. In entering the Prize Draw you confirm that you are eligible to enter and to claim any Prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter.

8. One winner and ten runners-up (together, the “Winners”, and each a “Winner”) will be selected at random by a computer process on 9 June 2026 (the “Draw Date”) from all Jacamo account holders who have made a Qualifying Purchase.

9. The Winner selected as the first prize winner will receive a personalised 2026 England football shirt plus a £50 Jacamo voucher. Each of the remaining Winners will receive a 2026 England football shirt (together, the “Prizes”).

10. Each Winner will be contacted by the Promoter by email or telephone (using the details held on their customer account) within 7 days of the Draw Date to arrange delivery or fulfilment (where applicable) of their Prize.

11. If any Winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being contacted, their Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select an alternative Winner in accordance with the process described in paragraph 8.

12. By entering the Prize Draw you consent to being contacted by the Promoter. Your communication preferences set in the Promoter’s preference centre shall not be affected. If you would like to review your communication preferences you can do so here.

13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

14. The Prizes are not negotiable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.   

15. The first name and county of the Winners can be obtained by contacting us via the Customer Service Hub at support.jacamo.co.uk/hc/en-gb or by post for the attention of the Jacamo CRM team, Griffin House, 40 Lever Street, Manchester, M60 6ES within 1 month after the closing date of the Prize Draw.

16. If any Winner objects to their surname and county being published or made available, they should contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter may notify any such withdrawal, alteration or suspension of the Prize Draw by posting a notice to that effect on www.jacamo.co.uk as soon as reasonably practicable.

19. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for Qualifying Purchases that are not successfully completed regardless of cause due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, equipment, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, systems, satellite, network, website or server failure of any kind, including if for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online. The Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the Prize Draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.

20. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

21. The Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Prize Draw, which may include the publication of their name in any media and on social media.

22. Any personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Promoter’s website, and may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the Prize.

23. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

24. The Prize Draw and these Terms will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
