These candles are lovely and well suited for use in a Bathroom, or any beach themed area. An added bonus (which is not mentioned in the description), is that they have an inbuilt timer, so they switch off automatically after 5 hours and come on again the following day, at the same time you first put them on. Each candle takes 2 aa batteries. I initially purchased 2 sets, 1 as a gift and 1 for myself. I have since bought a second set for my home. All the sets were great value, as they were available at a discounted price. I am very tempted to buy further sets as gifts.
