Thank you for your feedback on the Nutribullet Portable Blender. We’re glad to hear that you love it for fresh ingredients, but we’re sorry to hear about the issues with frozen items. We recommend using frozen fruits no larger than 2cm cubed, and to only have 1/3 of the volume of the container be frozen.
