It sounds like the issues you're experiencing the fan shutting off when adjusting the speed or after a few minutes may be related to a low battery charge. When the fan isn’t sufficiently charged, it can struggle to maintain higher settings and may shut off automatically as a safety measure.
We recommend fully charging the fan before each use for the best performance. A full charge should help prevent the fan from turning off unexpectedly when changing speed or during regular use.
