Firstly, we'd recommend cleaning the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the charging case with a soft and dry cloth. Ensure the earbuds are properly positioned in the case, and restart both the connected device and the earbuds by placing them in the closed case for about 10 seconds or so.
