Amazing! Absolutely without a doubt the best hoover I haven’t ever used. I’m quite tall and find most hoovers hurt my back, but this one is tall although it is a little heavy, I don’t struggle with it and taking it up and down the stairs is easy. This is the only hoover that has actually cleaned our rug, it looks brand new again. I’ve used the extra power button a few times to ensure any carpet power is cleared, but it is so powerful without that anyway. Just brilliant.

This is a great vacuum for me as I have arthritis. Very light to move around and good suction. Just didn’t know it used disposable bags. Although it did come with 5 spare ones
