The quality of this item is horrendous – it looks like wood but it's chipboard with the thinnest veneer that literally cracked and split while we were building it. Awful poor quality furniture and now customer service won't even respond to my emails so I can't even get a refund. Disgusting service, won't be ordering from here/JD Williams ever again – not sure how they are even passing this off as furniture.
