We bought this as we wanted a low impact exercise machine that you didn't have to sit on. Took me 30minutes by myself to assemble. So better with 2 people. It's easy to use but not really suitable for people over 5 ' 8" as the handles are quite short and I ended up holding onto the tops in order to be comfy.

Nought over a week ago. Easy to build, nice low impact work out.

Amazing machine very sturdy and also comes with booklet for workouts very impressed.

Brilliant

I bought this as I was impressed with how many different exercise techniques you can do, plus it folds neatly away.. BUT.. I had nothing but problems with it. It was faulty in so many ways. It broke whilst in use (I’m not heavy at all!) which lead to injury. Also there is no obvious difference between the 4 tensions on the machine. I’m returning the product and would not recommend to anyone.
