Absolute nightmare of a product. It cuts ok if you can get it going but starting it is ridiculously difficult.

Poor quality pull cord  not work  never started it   Returning it

The parts have been upgraded and the instructions have not. The garden was very overgrown and the strimmer worked very well but unfortunately a couple of days later when I returned to finish the job I was starting it up and the pull cord housing detached itself from the engine and was slightly dangerous to say the least! So it’s faulty
