I have spinal n lumbar vertebrae n nerve damage from L5/S1,L4/S2 among others n no feeling from left hip et back n side leg using this several times daily for 10-15 mins has help ease some pain n enables me relax

Pretty useless. You can hardly feel the vibration. Didn’t help at all.

I was looking forward to this only to be met with disappointment. This should be called a Back Vibrator. This does not massage, there are no moving components to replicate a massage. It just vibrates, barely vibrates and if you lean back to relax, any pressure placed on the machine stops the vibration. Returned the item.
