For the controls being slow to respond when changing channels, we'd recommend performing a cold boot. A cold boot will clear the memory cache on your TV, and this will speed things up. There are 2 ways to do this: 1. Press and hold the Power button on your remote control until the boot logo is displayed. 2. Turn your TV off, then unplug it from the mains. Leave it unplugged for thirty seconds and then plug it back in. We're pleased to hear that you're happy with the sound and picture quality, and we hope the above information is helpful. Faulty
Unfortunately the tv was faulty which meant you had to keep unplugging the tv to total reset of power turn tv back on and was fine...
